Be selfish with your time

Here at Manara Education we believe It’s ok to say “no” to plans ! School / College / University is stressful, and unfortunately, you miss out on a lot due to studying, but that’s life and you can’t do everything. The most important thing is to take care of yourself and your mental health. Say “no” to:

– Things that stress you out

– Things that divide your focus

– Schedule overload

– Things that leave you anxious and worried

– Trying to please everyone around you

– Energy thieves and time waster

The list could go on ! Someone very wise at Manara once told me that it’s okay to say “no” and later on, it’s always easier to change a “no” into a “yes” than to change a “yes” into a “no”
